Vipassana
Vipassana is a form of yoga. It means to see specifically. Thousands of years ago, Lord Buddha attained enlightenment through this. Vipassana is also one of the teachings of Mahatma Buddha. He also asked his disciples to adopt it. He said that Vipassana does not teach to run away from the reality of life, rather it inspires to accept the reality of life in its real form.
It is believed to have existed in India since 2500 years ago. This is a mixed yoga of pranayama and witnessing. There are five principles of Vipassana meditation. These principles are, complete prohibition of animal violence, not stealing, practicing celibacy, not using bad words and staying away from intoxication. You can do this meditation method for one hour in the morning or one hour in the evening.

In the present-day lifestyle, meditation helps you a lot to relax yourself, many researches show that meditation can give us relief from stress. Through this, physical health as well as emotional health can be improved. Meditation is being practiced since ancient times. In ancient times sages used to meditate on God so that spiritual and mental powers could develop in them.
According to scientists, meditation destroys up to 39 percent of anxiety and increases the working capacity of the brain. It is mentioned in Buddhism. Meditation helps you to focus by calming your mind. Thousands of methods of meditation have been described in Yoga and Tantra. Lord Shiva told Parvati 112 methods of meditation which are stored in ‘Vigyan Bhairav Tantra’. You can meditate at any time in the morning, evening. Talking about meditation, it is such an activity, which is related to body, brain and soul. This action is accomplished by the harmony of these three.
