In the report, 86 percent people said that compared to a year ago, they are currently comfortable in work from office.

The LinkedIn report has been prepared based on the opinion of over 1,001 Indian employees above 18 years of age. This survey was done between February 28 and March 6, 2023. According to this report, questions were raised on the hybrid work culture after the post-Covid office reopened. Along with this, it was also said that the career will also be affected due to less time in the office.

There will be no impact on career
It has been revealed from the LinkedIn report that 63 percent of the employees feel that work from home or work from anywhere will not have any negative impact on their career. On the other hand, the same percentage of people say that if they do work from home or work from anywhere instead of going to the office, then there can be a negative impact on their career.
