Austria, Germany, Hungary and Osmania were called central powers while Serbia, Britain, Russia, France and Italy were recognized as friendly countries. The war later became more chaotic when Germany attacked neutral Luxembourg and Belgium. Then Britain declared war against Germany.
End of war announced on 11 November

India and Britain were at loggerheads
At that time, India was fighting on behalf of Britain, because at that time India was ruled by Britain.
