    At present, the demand for bigger houses is increasing continuously in many parts of the country as the corona pandemic has changed the way many people work, learn and live their lives across the country. Due to this, there has been a big change in the demand of residential houses, instead of buying small houses, common people are now preferring to buy big houses. Now he is demanding to buy 3 and 4 BHK flats. Because people are getting small 1 and 2 BHK flats due to work from home and work from classes. That’s why the demand for small houses has decreased.

    According to real estate data analytics firm PropEquity Data, apart from Noida and Delhi NCR, the sales of 3 and 4 BHK flats have also increased in places outside the core area. In the year 2022, new supply of housing units will account for 49% and unsold stock will account for 44%. In comparison, the demand for 2 BHK flats has decreased among the people. The year 2022 accounts for only 12% of the new supply and 36% of the unsold stock. This is perhaps the first time in many years that large 3 and 4 bedroom homes are in such high demand.

    Demand for big houses increased in these places too

    The demand for bigger homes has affected the real estate market in many ways. The demand for big houses is not only in urban areas, but affordable houses are also present in the adjoining areas like Noida Expressway, Greater Noida West, Jewar. There has been a tremendous increase in the demand for houses. The practice of working in solitude has changed the housing preference of people to a great extent.

    According to Mr. Himanshu Garg, Director, RG Group, common people now prefer bigger homes, which provide them with a study room, gym room and space for other recreational activities. Due to being inside the house for a long time during the Corona period, the demand for a big house has also started rising the most. Apart from this, the ongoing government efforts to promote the growth of existence of large IT businesses providing ample employment opportunities and the best standards of living in major metropolitan cities have also increased the demand for large homes in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The demand for homes with more rooms with better amenities has become a major requirement this year.

    Want to take home with these features

    With more people working remotely, having a separate room to work at home has become a priority for many, which has led to an increased demand for homes with additional rooms that can be converted into a home office or study room . The demand is also high for homes with larger rooms, bedrooms and kitchens with additional amenities such as yoga space and decks offering sunlight and ventilation, among other things. Outdoor spaces such as balconies and terraces have become more popular as people are looking for ways to enjoy the outdoors without leaving their homes.
