Why does sugar level increase?
Dr. Deepak explains that there are two types of diabetes type 1 and type 2. Type 1 of this occurs due to genetic reasons. Type 2 diabetes is caused by bad eating habits. The number of diabetes patients has been increasing rapidly in the last five years. The scope of this disease is increasing in all the states of India. It is a matter of concern that the cases of pre-diabetes are also increasing. In such a situation, there is a fear that the number of diabetes patients may increase manifold in the coming 5 years.
Dr Deepar says that the cases of diabetes are increasing more in urban areas than in rural areas. The main reason for this is that people do not pay attention to their diet. Don’t even do exercise regularly. Due to these two reasons, the number of diabetes patients is increasing rapidly. In such a situation, people need to be more cautious.
