Mithun Chakraborty and PM Narendra Modi
Actor and BJP leader Mithun Chakraborty has been discharged from the hospital. He has said that I am absolutely fine. He was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Kolkata on 10 February after complaining of severe chest pain. After being discharged from the hospital, Mithun told that on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had inquired about his well being and also scolded him.
According to news agency PTI, after being discharged from the hospital, Mithun said that Prime Minister Modi had called him and scolded him for not taking care of his health. During this he told that there is no problem and he is absolutely fine. Mithun said that I have to control my eating habits. During this he told that perhaps he will start shooting films from tomorrow itself.
A doctor of the hospital had told that many tests were done on him including MRI. Investigation revealed that he had suffered a mild brain stroke (cerebral vascular accident). Even before discharging him from the hospital, the doctors examined his health thoroughly.

Recently the Central Government has announced to give Padma Bhushan Award to Mithun Chakraborty. Let us tell you that Mithun Chakraborty, who has worked in about 350 films, had joined the Bharatiya Janata Party on 7 March 2021 in the presence of PM Modi at Brigade Ground in Kolkata. On Monday morning itself, BJP MP Dilip Ghosh met Mithun in the hospital.
Earlier on Sunday, West Bengal BJP President Dr. Sukanta Majumdar also visited the hospital to inquire about the well-being of Mithun Chakraborty. He had also shared some pictures of Mithun from the hospital. In the picture, Mithun was seen lying on the hospital bed.
