Know what is the story of the film
This is the story of Mickey and Tinny. Rohan Arora (Ranbir Kapoor) i.e. Mickey lives with his family in Delhi. His family includes grandmother, father (Boney Kapoor), mother (Dimple Kapadia), sister, niece, brother-in-law and his friend (Anubhav Singh Bassi). Mickey runs the family business with his friend and apart from this, both these friends together also take contracts to get boyfriends and girlfriends broken up. Talking about Tinni i.e. Nisha, despite being in Delhi for her job, Tinni is an independent and modern day girl who stays away from her family.

Along with Ranbir and Shraddha, Dimple Kapadia has once again won everyone’s heart by showing her acting prowess. This was the first film of stand up comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi but in this film he has given complete justice to his role. From Mickey’s niece to his father and sister, the casting of every character in the film is perfect and this is one of the reasons why this story keeps the audience hooked to it.
‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar’ is a perfect Luv Ranjan film. This was the first such film directed by Luv Ranjan, in which Nusrat and Karthik did not have major roles. With Ranbir and Shraddha, Luv has once again presented the perfect romcom family drama in front of the audience. You will not even know when this film will make you emotional while making you laugh. This story is entertaining for everyone from youth to elders. Monologue and dialogue is making this script stronger as always. The climax of the film is the funniest.
