Sunny Deol’s bungalow ‘Sunny Villa’ located in Mumbai’s Juhu area is going to be auctioned. For which ‘Bank of Baroda’ bank has issued an e-auction notification of the auction of the bungalow in the newspaper dated 20th August today. According to media reports, actor Sunny Deol had given his bungalow ‘Sunny Villa’ on mortgage for loan. In return for which the actor had to pay around Rs 56 crore to the bank, but the actor has not yet paid this amount.

According to the news published in the newspaper, this bungalow of Sunny Deol is located on Gandhi Gram Road of Juhu. The guarantor of this actor’s bungalow is none other than Sunny Deol’s father Dharmendra himself. According to the advertisement, the date of auction of ‘Sunny Villa’ has been kept on September 25 and the reserve price of the auction of the bungalow has been written at Rs 51.43 crore. However, till now no statement has come out from Sunny Deol’s side.

The film ‘Gadar 2’ has earned Rs 31.07 crore on the ninth day i.e. on the second Saturday of the film’s release. With this, the film has collected a total of Rs 336.20 crore.
