Bigg Boss Tamil 5 Winner Raju Jeyamohan: The grand finale of ‘Bigg Boss’ Tamil Season 5 took place on Sunday night. Film actor Kamal Haasan was seen hosting it. After the grand finale, host Kamal Haasan declared contestant Raju Jayamohan as the winner of season 5. Apart from the trophy, Raju Jayamohan was given 50 lakhs in prize money. VJ Priyanka Deshpande became the first runner up of this season. Interestingly, Pavani Reddy was one of the three finalists of the season. Raju Jayamohan got more votes than Pavani Reddy, on the basis of which the makers announced the winner.
Due to his mimicry skills, stand-up comedy and funny one-liners, Raju was one of the most popular and entertaining Tamil contestants of this season.
