how is this movie
In the film, Rani Mukherjee has played the character of that troubled Bengali mother very beautifully. Although in the beginning her acting can be considered as over acting but this is the story of a mother who had never seen the outside world, be it country or abroad, her life revolved more around her children than her husband. This is the reason why when her children are taken away from her, she gets furious. She doesn’t know in front of whom she is speaking or raising her hand.

This character is inspired by late politician Sushma Swaraj, who always helped Indians facing troubles abroad. Jim Sarbh also gives an excellent performance as a lawyer. Director Ashima’s direction touches the heart.
