KRK’s son Faizal seeks help
KRK was produced in the court on 4 September. KRK has now come out of jail on bail, but in the meantime, KRK’s son Faizal has made some tweets from his Twitter account. While tweeting, he said, ‘I am Faizal Kamal, son of KRK. Some people are torturing me to kill my father in Mumbai. I am 23 years old and live in London. I don’t know how to help my father. I request @JuniorBachchan @Riteishd & @Dev_Fadnavis ji to save my father’s life. Me and my sister would die without him.’
Because he is our life. I request public also to support my father to save his life. We don’t want him to die like #SushantSinghRajput #WeStandWithKRK

Faizal said in his second tweet that, ‘Because she is my life. I also request the public to support my father to save his life. We don’t want him to die like Sushant Singh Rajput #WeStandWithKRK.
KRK got bail on the basis of condition
KRK has got bail on conditional basis. The court made the condition that, ‘The accused is directed to release the personal bond of Rs 15,000 on deposit of equal cash surety. The accused will have to be present at the concerned police station on the second and fourth Monday between 10 am to 11 am till the filing of charge sheet or for 60 days, whichever is less. Along with this, the court also said that, ‘The accused will not make any contact with the prosecution evidence or witnesses. Also the accused will not leave Mumbai city without the permission of the court.
The court took a thoughtful decision
The Borivali magistrate, while granting bail to KRK, said, ‘I have deliberately considered this on the Rival Written and Oral Ground. Actually, the crime registered on the basis of the alleged tweet made through the accused is of the year 2020. The prosecution did not come up with any incident as a result of the alleged tweet made through the accused. At present, the maximum punishment for this offense is less or it can be extended up to seven years. Therefore, keeping in view the present trend, the accused is definitely entitled to be released on bail on certain conditions for grant of bail in such cases.
