Deepak Sahajwani sat on the hot seat by winning ‘Fastest Finger First’ in the latest episode of Sony TV’s quiz reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 15’. Deepak, who took home an amount of Rs 3 lakh 20 thousand, after answering the first two questions correctly, used the lifeline for the third question. Deepak, an architect by profession, wanted to open a college with the money he won. During this question-answer session, Deepak, remembering his mother in front of Amitabh Bachchan, said, “Music was a link between us, my mother used to listen to a lot of songs and Lata Mangeshkar was her favorite singer.” After listening to him, Amitabh Bachchan also shared an anecdote related to his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan with everyone.
Amitabh Bachchan said- “When I asked my father what he liked the most, he said, Lata ji’s voice, her voice is like a stream of honey. Our neighboring country (Pakistan) often claims to have everything, but two things they do not have are Lata Mangeshkar and Taj Mahal. During this, contestant Deepak asked Amitabh Bachchan for permission to sing a song on the KBC stage.
Actually, Deepak wanted to sing a song with his daughter and Big B He also happily gave them permission. Deepak sang a beautiful couplet for his mother and his daughter accompanied him on the violin.
