Came to Delhi on the day of Holi
Film actor and very close friend of Satish Kaushik Anupam Kher told in Mumbai that Satish had gone to Delhi last day. He said that he had gone to Delhi to meet a friend. His health deteriorated in Delhi and he suffered a heart attack while being taken to the hospital. It is being told that he was taken to Fortis Hospital in Gurugram, but he could not be saved.
Satish Kaushik’s film career has been around 40 years. Satish Kaushik made his Bollywood debut in the year 1983 with the film Masoom. In 1993, he tried his hand at direction with the film Roop Ki Rani Choro Ka Raja. Satish Kaushik was last seen in Rakul Preet starrer film Chhatriwali. Although his last film will be Kangana Ranaut starrer Emergency. In this, he has played the character of Jagjivan Ram.

Today will be the last rites
The family has said that the last rites of Satish Kaushik will be performed today itself. He will be merged into Panchatatva at Vaikuntha Bhoomi of Yari Road, Versova at around 6 pm. It has been told that along with the dead body of Satish Kaushik, his wife Shalu and daughter Vanshika are reaching Mumbai via air ambulance from Delhi. Anupam Kher is looking after all the arrangements including the last rites.
