Hee Ke Huy Quan won in the Best Supporting Actor category and Jamie Lee Curtis won the Best Supporting Actress award for the film ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’. Daniel Cowan and Daniel Scharnert also received the award in the category of ‘Original Screenplay’. Yeoh (60) became the first actress of Asian descent to win the Oscar award. She is the first black woman to win the Best Actress award in the last 20 years.
