According to a report, Ayushmann-Aparshakti have taken two apartments in the housing complex ‘Window Grand Residences’ building in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai, which is located on the 20th floor. This house of Ayushman is built in 4027 square feet. Along with this apartment, they have also been given parking for four vehicles. The apartment deal between Windsor Realty Pvt Ltd and Actor was registered on November 29 last year.

For this, he has given stamp duty of 96.50 lakhs. In the same complex, Aparshakti has also bought an apartment for Rs 7.25 crore which is situated at 1,745 sq ft. For this, he has drunk Rs 36.25 lakh. Ayushmann is going to shift to this apartment with wife Tahira Kashyap and both children.

These days the actor lives with his family in a luxurious apartment built in Windsor Grand, located in Ayushman Andheri. Ayushman pays a rent of Rs 5.25 lakh per month for this palatial apartment built in 4000 square feet. Ayushmann-Tahira’s 7 BHK flat has been decorated by home decor consultant and makeover specialist Tanisha Bhatia, who is also Tahira’s childhood friend.
