Important notification has been issued by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission regarding PCS Mains exam. According to the released notification, the schedule of UP PCS Mains exam has been released. The main examination for this vacancy will be conducted from 27 September 2022. The application process for this is going on. To apply for this candidates UPPSC You can apply online by visiting the official website- uppsc.up.nic.in.
In this examination to be conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, there will be 8 papers of different subjects for 4 days. The candidates applying for this are advised to keep an eye on the website as the admit card for the exam may be released anytime.
UP PCS Mains Schedule
According to the released notification, the exam will be conducted in 2 shifts. The first shift exam will be held from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm. At the same time, the second shift exam will be conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm. You can see the exam schedule in the chart below-

UP Mains Exam Pattern
The exam duration for each paper in this exam will be 3 hours. The UPPSC Mains exam will be of total 1500 marks. All the eight papers are of scoring nature. Know when the admit card will come
UPPSC Mains 2022 Admit Card will be issued two to three weeks before the commencement of the exam. As of now, the commission has not announced the date, however, once released it will be made available on the official website uppsc.up.nic.in. A total of more than three lakh candidates had appeared in the UP PCS Prelims exam. Out of these, 5964 candidates have qualified for the main examination by clearing the preliminary examination.
