Taliban News: The Taliban got the power of Afghanistan, but perhaps its officials did not think about their fighters at all. Actually, we are doing this because the journey from ‘jihadi fighters’ to ‘bureaucrats’ is not going well for the Taliban fighters. Fighters holding weapons now have to work on computers. Not only this, Taliban fighters Quite Quitting have started doing. This is the same term, which was discussed a lot last year in many sectors including the IT sector.
‘Quiet quitting’ means that the employee is doing only as much work as is mentioned in his job description. The employee is avoiding doing extra work and is paying minimum attention to the work. Because of this his productivity is also ending. Even though reaching power in Afghanistan is a ‘victory’ for the Taliban in many ways, it has brought a lot of change in the lives of the fighters. He is unable to adjust to his new life and now he is not even interested in his work.

After all, why are Talibanis quietly quitting?
According to the report of Afghanistan Analytics Network, ‘After returning to power, a large number of Taliban fighters have come to the cities of Afghanistan. Most of them are seeing urban life for the first time in their life. Till now these fighters lived such a life, where war dominated. Now the situation has changed and the responsibility of running the country is in the hands of Taliban officials.
Some Taliban have adapted to the life of their offices and cities. But there are some who are being reminded of their old life. They are again yearning for the peace of the villages and for ‘Jihadi Zindagi’. Now some Taliban have to work under the bureaucracy of running the country. Taliban fighters have to contend with hour-long traffic jams and new rules and regulations in cities.

Due to all these reasons, some people have started finding it tiring and boring to work while sitting in the office. Because of this, they have started doing quiet quitting in their respective offices. Many Talibani said that coming to office after battling traffic jam is tiring. On top of not coming to work, the salary also gets deducted.
