NEET PG 2023 Counseling Date: neet pg 2023 exam result (NEET PG Result 2023) has been declared. Now the successful candidates are waiting for the counseling date. To join the counseling, the candidate will have to register on the official website of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) at mcc.nic.in.
Let us tell you that the last date for completing the medical internship is August 11, 2023, then only after that the process of counseling will start. The counseling process is expected to start in the last of August or in September 2023. However, no official date has been issued in this regard yet.
Counseling will be done in 4 phases
The process of counseling will be completed in total 4 phases. On the basis of NEET PG 2023 counselling, 26,168 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,649 Master of Surgery (MS), 922 PG Diploma and 1,338 DNB CET seats will be filled. A total of 6,102 colleges and 649 hospitals will participate in NEET PG counseling 2023.

The exam was held on 5 March
NEET PG 2023 exam was conducted on 5 March 2023. The exam was conducted by NBEMS at 902 exam centers in 277 cities. 2,08,898 candidates appeared in the examination. The exam was taken in computer based mode. The cut-off score for General Category and EWS is 291 out of 800, while it is 274 for General Category-PwBD and 257 for SC/ST/OBC. At the same time, FAIMA had also demonstrated at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar to postpone the NEET PG 2023 exam for two to three months. After that the matter of postponing the exam went to the Supreme Court. Hearing on which the Supreme Court dismissed the petition and gave instructions to conduct the examination on time.
