Jamia Admission 2023: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has started short term courses on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This course has been started by the Computer Engineering Department of the University. Classes under this course will be conducted in both online and offline mode.
A university official told that the process of registration for admission to the course is going on. According to the brochure issued by the university, this program will be for three weeks from July 4 to July 22, 2023. The class will run from 10 am to 1 pm from Monday to Saturday. According to media reports, the university said that the curriculum includes both lectures and practical work under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Who can take admission?
All the students of UG, PG and PhD scholars and faculty from Mathematics can take admission in the course. There are a total of 80 seats for the course, out of which 30 are reserved for offline participants and 50 for online participants. Admission will be done on first come first serve basis.
These subjects will be studied
The course will mainly consist of five modules, Introduction to AI and Python Basics, Applied Data Science with Python, Machine Learning Algorithms, Deep Learning for Computer Vision using Keras and Tensorflow. Deep Learning for Natural Language Processing using Keras and TensorFlow. according to the brochure
How much is the fee?
The brochure states that the registration fee for students and academics of Jamia is Rs 4,000. At the same time, a fee of Rs 6,000 has been fixed for non-Jamia students and academics. Jamia’s Department of Engineering and Technology has been ranked 26th among all Indian engineering institutes in the 2023 NIRF ranking.
