Actually, we are talking about IAS Ramya CS, who not only cracked the UPSC Civil Services exam in her sixth attempt in 2021, but her rank was 46 across India. IAS Ramya CS is a resident of Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu. If we talk about his UPSC CSE Rank at the state level, then he was the second rank.
Ramya CS did her graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) before clearing UPSC. He has done engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. Ramya has always been a student. This is the reason why he did MBA from IGNOU.

Ramya was so eager to prepare for the civil service exam that she quit her job. Ramya used to work in a company in Bangalore before becoming an IAS officer. But he left his job in 2017 keeping in mind the preparation of UPAC. She was working there for three years.
However, he also did some odd jobs to support himself while preparing for the Civil Services Exam. He also did the job of data entry and data collection. In the beginning, he did not get success, but in his sixth attempt, he cracked UPSC while achieving success.
