There is good news for the candidates appearing in Bihar Police Constable Recruitment Examination. The examination conducted by the Central Selection Board for recruitment to more than 21000 posts of Bihar Police Constable has been cancelled. The board says that due to large number of cheating in this examination, it has been canceled. Besides, a new date sheet will also be issued by the board soon.
The application process for constable recruitment in Bihar Police started on 20 June 2023. Candidates were given time till July 20, 2023 to apply for this. The examination was held on 1 October 2023. This exam has been cancelled. New methods of examination will be announced soon by the board.
Cheating in Constable Recruitment Exam
Bihar Candidate Selection Board responded immediately to these complaints and played an important role in taking the decision to cancel the examination. After a flurry of complaints regarding the examination, the board swung into action and issued a letter informing about the unfortunate situation. Due to this decision, the examinations of both the shifts were cancelled.

When will the exam be held?
The examination was conducted for the recruitment of policemen and women for 21391 posts. Conducted by the Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC), the exam was part of a distributed exercise scheduled for October 1, 7 and 15, 2023. The selection process for the posts includes a written offline examination and a Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST).

The schedule of written examination was released for recruitment to 21 thousand 391 posts of constable in Bihar Police. Let us tell you that the written examination center for this recruitment will be made almost in the home district. About 18 lakh applications were received for this recruitment. A new date of examination will be announced soon for these candidates.
