MP Nursing Exam 2023: The Gwalior Bench of the MP High Court has upheld the ban on nursing examinations. MP Nursing Exam 2023 Some nursing colleges had demanded to lift the ban regarding the matter, but the court has refused to ban it because it is related to the future of the children. The High Court said that the matter will be heard next week.
Nursing examinations were going to start in Madhya Pradesh from 28 February 2023, but just 24 hours before the examinations, the High Court banned the examination. The division bench of the Gwalior High Court has now asked to hear the matter next week.

During the hearing in the double bench of Gwalior High Court, the operators of government and private medical colleges requested to remove the ban on the examination, citing the future of the students. He had said that if the examination is not held, the future of many students will be in darkness.

In the petition, it was alleged that the Nursing College was wrongly recognized. After this, the court had banned the examination of BSc Nursing BSc Post Basic MSc Nursing. In this, the petitioner had argued that the recognition of the old teaching session in nursing colleges has been wrongly given.
New medical colleges will open in UP
Preparations are being made to open 13 new medical colleges in UP. State Medical Education Secretary Alok Kumar told that 13 new medical colleges with 100 MBBS seats each will open in the state from session 2023-24. In such a situation, a total of 1300 new MBBS Course seats are going to come.
