Gautam Adani At present, there are a lot of headlines. The biggest reason for his being in headlines is the comments he has made recently. He said that his success started only after Rajiv Gandhi became the PM. He said that he got the three biggest opportunities or breaks in his entire journey. Out of which two break in Congress Era and third in Gujarat Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) Found during KCM. Apart from this, he also said other things.
Adani group in 22 states, no BJP in all
Gautam Adani said that I can say with a claim that the increase in his net worth due to his close relations with Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been completely debunked. The reason for this is that he is working in 22 states of the country and there is no BJP government in all those states. Somewhere there is a leftist government and somewhere Mamta Banerjee is the CM. We are also working with Naveen Patnaik in Odisha and we are also working with KCR in Telangana of which he is the CM.
Policy for all not just for Adani
In an interview given to a news channel, he said that you can never get personal help from PM Narendra Modi. You can talk to them about policies in the interest of the country, but when a new policy is made, it is for everyone. Not only for Adani Group. He said that there is a misconception about his multi-billion-dollar group that it is putting a huge burden on the savings of banks and common people. He said that in the last seven-eight years, our income has increased by 24 per cent, while our loans have increased by 11 per cent. He said that his property is four times more than the loan.
Rahul also praised the investment in Rajasthan
He believes that repeated allegations of crony capitalism by opposition leader Rahul Gandhi against him is part of political business. He gave the example of Rajasthan, where Rahul Gandhi’s Congress party is in power. He said that investment is our normal programme. I went to the Rajasthan Investors Summit on the invitation of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Later referring to his investment of Rs 68,000 crore, he added that even Rahul (Gandhi) praised our investment in Rajasthan. I know that Rahul’s policies are not anti-development.
Congress got two out of three chances to succeed
Adani said critics who say that his relationship with PM Modi has benefitted him, ignore the fact that his success began when the Congress was in power in the country. He said that I got three big breaks in my life. First, in 1985 during Rajiv Gandhi’s regime, when the Exim Policy helped our company become a global business house. Second, in 1991, when PV Narasimha Rao and Dr. Manmohan Singh opened up the economy, we entered the public-private partnership mode. And third, during the 12 years long rule of Narendra Modi in Gujarat… I can proudly say that it was a very good experience. He said that he wants to emphasize that Gujarat is investor friendly and not Adani friendly.
Not a single project was found without bidding
In the last one year, Gautam Adani’s wealth has increased more than any other billionaire. His conglomerate is worth $200 billion and includes green energy, ports, mines, airports and huge infrastructure projects. Adani said that his company has never done any deal without bidding. He said that we did not get a single project without bidding. It is the principle of our Adani Group that no project should be taken up without bidding, be it port, airport, roads or power station. Even Rahul Gandhi has not made any allegation of tampering in the bidding process.
