As per the shareholding pattern for the December quarter, Akshata Murthy holds 3,89,57,096 shares or 1.07 per cent stake as on December 31, 2022. After the declaration of dividend, Akshata Murthy will get a dividend of Rs 68.17 crore. The current shareholding pattern is yet to emerge.

- As per the December quarter shareholding pattern, Akshata Murthy will earn a dividend of Rs 68.17 crore by December 31, 2022 on 3,89,57,096 shares or 1.07 per cent stake that she holds as one of the promoters of Infosys. The latest shareholding pattern for Infosys is yet to be out.
- On the other hand, the company’s founder NR Narayana Murthy, who has a net worth of $4.3 billion, held 1,66,45,638 shares or 0.46 per cent stake at the end of the December quarter. Now that the dividend of Rs 17.50 has been announced, Narayan Murthy will gain Rs 29.12 crore from this.
- If we talk about Sudha Murthy, then after the declaration of dividend, she will get Rs 60.46 crore. Sudha Murthy holds 0.95 per cent stake in the company. This means that Sudha Murthy has 3,45,50,626 shares of the company.
- Narayana Murthy’s son Rohan Murthy owns 6,08,12,892 shares of the company. This means that Rohan has 1.67 per cent stake in the company. After the declaration of dividend, Rohan will get Rs 106.42 crore. The dividend will be paid on 3rd July.

Dividend of Rs 14,200 crore has been given
The final dividend that Infosys declared for FY2023 was in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 16.50 per share that Infosys had already paid. This means that the company has given a total dividend of Rs 34 per share for FY2023, which is more than 9.7 per cent from FY22. If we look at it according to the value, then the company has announced a total dividend of Rs 14,200 crore for the fiscal year 2023.
