Yamaha R15 V4 Dark Knight Launched: Yamaha has launched a new color variant of the R15 V4 bike. Japanese bike company R15 V4 dark Knight Presented with color scheme. The range of the new bike will be between the Metallic Red and Racing Blue color variants. Yamaha has launched the Dark Knight Edition at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.82 lakh. The legendary two-wheeler brand launched the 2023 R15 V4, R15 M, FZ-X, MT 15 V2.0 and the FZ-S V4 with new features and colors in February this year.
All Yamaha bikes including the R15 V4 support the BS6 Phase 2 emission norms. Apart from this, these bikes can also run on E20 fuel. As the name Dark Knight suggests, the bike comes with a black color paint job.
It will get a gold color strip above the headlight and on the fairing. Apart from this, alloy wheels will also be available in gold colour.
Yamaha R15 V4: Specifications
After the arrival of the Dark Knight Edition, the Yamaha R15 V4 has a total of four color options. These include Metallic Red, Dark Knight, Racing Blue and Intensity White (Red and White) colours. R15 V4 gets the power of 155cc, single cylinder, liquid cool four valve engine. For power transmission, it has been given a 6-speed gearbox.

Talking about hardware features, Yamaha R15 V4 will get features like upside-down front fork, rear monoshock, 282mm front disc, 220mm rear disc, LED headlight. Apart from this, facilities like digital display with Bluetooth connectivity, Y-connect app support, dual-channel ABS, two riding modes – street and track, traction control system and quick shifter have also been provided.
Yamaha R15 V4: Price and Competition
The ex-showroom price of R15 V4 starts from Rs.1,80,900. The ex-showroom price of its top model is Rs 1,85,900. The ex-showroom price of Dark Knight Edition is Rs 1,81,900. In India, it rivals the likes of KTM RC 125 and RC 200, Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 and Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.
